General Information:

• Must be ages 5-15

• Must have 1-2 years of stage & performance experience

• Must be available for boot camp & finals 

• (various days between August 1st & 31st)

General Expectation:

• Attend class 2 days a week regularly (Weekday & Saturdays)

• Perform in 1 competition dance and multiple recital routines

• Attend 2 regional competitions

• Competitions in Charlotte and surrounding areas only

• Uphold financial obligation

Audition Schedule:​

• Round 1 (Invitation Week) - July 26th-29th, 2023

  • ​1 Day Only - TBD

• You will be notified via email if your dancer moves on to Round 2 (Boot Camp).

• Round 2 Boot Camp choreography & technique evaluations - Various days between August 1-19, 2023

• *Optional* Team Talent Show - Various days between August 21-26, 2023 

• Finals - August 28th-31st

In addition to the application you must also submit the following:

• Full-length photo

  • Submit a recent full-length photo in athletic wear in D3 colors (royal blue, black & white)

  • Do not use a photo that has a filter applied or that as been edited

• Headshot​

  • Submit a close-up favorite photo (does not have to be professionally taken)

  • Do not use a photo that has a filter applied or that has been edited.

• 0:30 second elevator pitch styled video introduction

• Film your video horizontal and with good lighting. Formal dance space not required.

Round 2 schedules and additional info will be given at the conclusion of Round 1 to dancers who proceed to the next round.
