D3 IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING EXCELLENT DANCE EDUCATION IN A CLEAN, FRIENDLY, FAMILY ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT. WE EMPHASIZE THE CONSISTENT PRACTICE OF ALL DANCE CLASS AND PERFORMANCE ETIQUETTE AND DRESS CODE. THE POLICIES AND RULES ARE TO ENSURE THAT ALL DANCERS GET THE EDUCATION THEY DESERVE. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY THE DANCE SEASON AND LOOK FORWARD TO A FUN AND EXCITING DANCE YEAR.
ATTENDENCE:

Students must arrive 10-15 minutes before class to allow time to use the bathroom, dress, remove jewelry, and neatly put hair back.

All students must be READY TO DANCE at the start of each class. Late students may only enter with the escort of a staff member. If late to class please check your child in at the front desk.
STUDIO RULES:

Students must be dressed properly, tie up hair neatly, and remove jewelry for EVERY class. (If wearing beads, hair must be secured as best as possible.)

Students and parents are responsible for their belongings. Do not bring valuables into the studio or waiting area. D3 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced property.

All students MUST be picked up within 10 minutes of the end of class.

NO gum, food, or drinks other than water permitted in the studio lobby.
-
NO parents/caregivers/siblings in the dance rooms while class is in session.
-
Restrooms are available for parents/caregivers/siblings between class changes.
LOBBY RULES:

The lobby is open to parents/caregivers/siblings for the first and last 10 minutes of each class.

Parents/caregivers/siblings are asked to wait outside or in cars while classes are in session.

When waiting to pick your child up in the lobby please keep volume low as classes are in sessions.

Students should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their first class.

When in the lobby please do not disrupt/distract classes by peaking or walking in.
DRESS CODE:
Ballet Class:

All students must have a leotard from the studio apparel collection. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All dancers must have white tights and white ballet shoes.
-
Hair must be neatly pulled away from face in a form of a bun.
-
Dirty/ripped tights are not acceptable for class.
Jazz/Lyrical/Hip Hop/Gymnastics:

Dancers can wear any of the items from the studio apparel collection.

Dancers must be dressed in a blue/black, black/black, or grey/white and back color scheme for classes.

Shoes are based upon the instructor’s discretion.

Leotard must be worn for all gymnastics classes. (can be work with shorts or convertible tights)
WATER BOTTLES FOR DANCERS:
D3 currently offers free water bottles to dances while at the studio. This is a free necessity that is provided through donations. D3 ask that once a month each family donates a case of water to the studio. This will allow us to continue to provide water bottles free of charge to our hard working dancers.
